Welcome to Cazza
Founded in September 2016 by then nineteen-year-old Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur Chris Kelsey, Cazza was created with the goal of revolutionizing the construction industry through automation.
We design and build entire construction projects from start to finish using our automated Cazza Construction Drones.
Our Cazza Construction Drones work based on the designs made in our open-source, Cazza Design Build software, to automatically build construction projects.
We’ve also developed new systems for HVAC, water, and energy systems for homes and buildings.
The Cazza Drones
Our Cazza Construction Drones build entire construction projects using a variety of attachments that perform different tasks for the project.
The drones are capable of 3D-printing concrete, connecting and attaching objects together, lifting and placing objects, performing site surveys including soil tests, and more.
They work in different groups to work on different areas of the project.

The Cazza Air-Conditioning System
The Cazza Air-Conditioning system is an entirely water-cooling and water-heating based, energy-efficient air-conditioning system that uses four separate HVAC ducts to send purified air through the vents and return fresh air through the second duct.
The system evaporates hot, cold, and almost-freezing water, then distributes it into each of the first three HVAC ducts. The HVAC ducts have three smaller valves next to the receiving air vent that open and close from an amount of 0% to 100%, where the fourth and final valve releases the exact temperature based on the combined air temperatures from the three HVAC ducts behind it.
The fourth HVAC duct uses our Cazza Air-Purifier to pull air from the lower twenty-percent of the air vents within the home or building, where the air is then purified, then sent back down to the air-conditioning unit for use.

Our Process
Cazza designs and builds your construction project using the Cazza Design Build software throughout the entire process.
The software allows you to view our architectural, structural engineering, and construction teams work on your project in real-time along with providing two daily automated progress reports and a weekly summary of all work completed.
The progress reports allow for comments and design edits from both you and the Cazza team, along with Cazza Drone video footage time-stamped based on the tasks each drone worked on.

Cazza Design Build
Cazza Design Build is an upcoming, completely free, massively-multiplayer online (MMO) video game built on the Unreal Engine 5 engine that allows users to play on a map of the entire real world.
Players can build or destroy anything to their hearts’ content. They can acquire money from a variety of sources including taking on architectural design to construction projects, investing in the stock market based on the world’s real global stock market, and buying and selling products to other players.
Players can buy, sell, and rent property, decorate or renovate their homes, and start businesses to any degree of size within the player economy. They can also import a picture of their face to use as their online avatar.
There are two separate sections of Cazza Design Build, the MMO video game, and the design software where users can create architectural and structural engineering designs from scratch and work with other users making changes in real-time.
The Cazza Design Build software was initially developed with the vision of making architectural and structural engineering designs simpler to create.
Users can then use the designs they created to have our Cazza Construction Drones build the project for them.

The Cazza Water System
The Cazza Water System provides efficient, purified, water-distribution and wastewater disposal throughout entire homes and buildings.
The system creates four temperature points in separate sections of the Cazza Water Control Appliance, from boiling, then hot, to cool, and almost-freezing.
The Cazza Water Pump, from inside the Cazza Water Control Appliance, then sends the water through the four waterlines that extend throughout the entire home or building.
The hot, cold, and almost-freezing waterlines, similarly to the Cazza Air-Conditioning System, have three valves that lead to a main valve at each plumbing fixture, where they release the water out of the fourth, final, valve, based on the temperature adjustment made on the shower, faucet, hose, or other fixtures connected to the system.
The boiling water waterline is only sent to plumbing fixtures that have specific uses, such as a faucet that pours water into a pot over the stove in the kitchen, or a secondary kitchen faucet for washing dishes.
The Cazza Wastewater Disposal System collects all waste through a fifth waterline, where it can either be directed to the city wastewater system, or burned and evaporated for electricity using the Cazza Energy System.

The Cazza Energy System
The Cazza Energy System provides wireless-powering electricity throughout an entire home and, or, building.
The wireless-powering system works with all Cazza appliances and can use wired outlets as-needed for non-Cazza products that do not have wireless charging capabilities.
The Cazza Head Electrical Unit sends power to the electrical wiring which has wireless electricity distribution points in locations that ensure the entire area, whether indoor or outdoor, is covered.
The Cazza Head Electrical Unit contains a generator that collects electricity from incinerating the waste it receives through its connection to the wastewater line and trash chute.
